Shipping & Delivery
Regular items are typically shipped out the same or next business day after payment is received/cleared. Special and customized items can be ordered and may take 1-4 weeks in most cases (contact us for details).
On holidays, the delivery may be delayed.
About the tax, we will not charge any tax. However sometimes buyer may need to pay some import tax to your country or duty which is required by the law in buyer's country.The buyer is responsible to pay the duty or tax.

Returns & Replacements ( Also repairs) Policy
You should contact us before sending back a defective product as we may be able to solve the problem without returning it.
Items returned in new condition within 30 days will receive refund or credit. We will arrange the refund or replacement within 2 business days after we received the return. The buyer need to pay for the shipping cost.
Authorized returns after 30 days will be via store credit less any credit card fees and 15% restocking fees. Defective items will be repaired or replaced, controllers damaged due to misuse, direct short or lighting will be repaired at cost. We stand behind all the products we sell and guarantee them for at least 90 days for power supplies and 1 year for all other led products unless otherwise stated. The buyer need to pay for the shipping cost.
Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
